Pulwama: Normal life remained affected for the second day due to strike in south Kashmir district of Pulwama where three militants were killed in a fierce encounter on Monday.
A soldier was also killed and a civilian injured in the exchange of fire on Monday night.
One of the slain militants identified as Talha Rasheed, is nephew of JeM Pakistan based chief Moulana Masood Azhar. Police have requested Pakistan to claim the body of Talha, a Pakistani resident.
