Srinagar: Cordon and search operation has been launched by government forces in Lam village of Tral tehsil in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Official sources said that forces launched search operation after receiving specific inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
Sources said that heavy forces have been deployed in the area.
Search operation was going on when reports last came in
Earlier a cordon and search operation was also launched in Sherbagh and Batapora KP road area of Anantnag town which ended peacefully.
