Government forces on Monday launched a Cordon and search Operation (CASO) in Handwara market of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
Forces launched the search operation after receiving inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
Heavy deployment of forces has been made in the area.
Search operation was going on when the last reports came in.
