A soldier died due to cardiac arrest near Line of Control (LoC) in the frontier district of Kupwara, reports said.
The deceased identified as Shiv Dev Singh suffered cardiac arrest while on duty at a post in Nowgam sector near LoC in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
He was immediately shifted to a nearby medical centre where was declared dead on arrival.
A case has been registered in this regard.
