In an unprecedented move MLA Langate and AIP chief Er Rasheed today said that he is ready to formally support the joint resistance leadership including Hurriyat (G) if the separatist leaders has a concrete roadmap to solve the Kashmir issue.
Addressing a press conference in Srinagar today, Er. Rasheed said “It is not time to blame each other but work for resolution of Kashmir dispute and stop New Delhi from its efforts to change the nature of the Kashmir issue.”
He said that New Delhi is indulged in changing the disputed nature of J&K.
“Whatsoever Geelani Sahab has appealed main stream parties carries significance and relevance and sincere voices need to respond,’ He said.
“I voluntary offer to look into your appeal and I am ready to join the Joint Resistance Leadership,” he added.
Rasheed said that there is no way out except the unity in the current situation created by New Delhi. Rasheed also appealed to the former chief minister Omar Abdullah not to carryout personal attacks on Geelani Sahab.
