A teenager who was injured during clashes in Gulab bagh area of Tral during encounter between security forces and militants has succumbed to his injuries here in Srinagar.

According to the reports, Mohammad Younis Sheikh son of Muhmmad Yusuf Sheikh of Soimoh Tral, 16 years has succumbed to his injuries in SMHS hospital in Srinagar.

Sheikh was hit by pellets in his stomach and heart during the clashes.

Three militants were killed in an encounter between security forces and militants in Gulab bagh area of Tral on Wednesday.
