Clashes have erupted between protesters and government forces in Pinglena area of Pulwama after forces launched a Cordon and Search Operation  in the area.

As soon as the CASO was launched near BEd College situated at Pinglena, youth hit the roads and started pelting stones on forces triggering clashes.

Clashes and the CASO were on when reports last came in.
