According to the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir all the colleges and schools of Kashmir valley shall remain closed on August, 02 2017 as a precautionary measure.

The decision has been taken in wake of the situation that has developed in valley after the killing of two militants in Pulwama village. A civilian was also killed during the clashes that followed the killings.
