Government forces today evening launched a Cordon ans Search Operation (CASO)  in Halan and Chaugund area of Islamabad of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.

Forces after receiving inputs about the presence of militants , cordoner-off the entire area.

The search operation lasted for an hour.

However no contact was established with the militants and  it ended without any positive results.
