Governor N.N. Vohra has expressed grief over the sad passing away of Naresh Chandra, former Cabinet Secretary and India’s Ambassador to USA.

Governor and Chandra had known each other since 1964 and had worked together for many years in the Central Government, during difficult times.

Governor has conveyed his heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul resting in peace.
