A Territorial Army jawan from Pulwama, Kashmir has gone missing after he allegedly deserted his unit during night and fled away with an AK 47 rifle and ammunition in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district, sources said.
According to the reports, the army jawan namely Zahoor Ahmad Thakur of 173 Army, fled from his unit in Gantmulla area of the district during the night.
Meanwhile, investigation has been taken up by the concerned department in this regard.
