Police on Tuesday arrested Kashmir Traders and Manufacturers Federation (KTMF) president Muhammad Yasin Khan ahead of the anti-GST protest, reports said.
Khan was scheduled to lead a protest against the implementation of GST in Jammu and Kashmir and he was arrested from his residence, they said.
The Jammu and Kashmir government today conveyed a special assembly session to pass the GST bill.
