Forces on Tuesday evening launched a cordon and search operation at Pazal pora area of Sopore in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

According to the official sources,  a joint team of 22RR, SOG and CRPF laid a siege at Pazalpora Village this evening.

Meanwhile , the authorities have directed telecom companies except BSNL to shutdown mobile towers in Baramulla and Sopore with immediate effect.

When reports last came the cordon and search operation was going on in the area.
