A few days after the government established parking in the commercial Hub Lal Chowk, the commuters who park their cars there here have demanded U-turn around the zone.
The commuters while talking to Kashmir Vision said that they are facing immense hardships due to the absence of U-turn around the newly established parking.
They said that they have to cross at least one kilometre to turn their vehicle. “It becomes a lot of hectic for the commuters to park the vehicle in the multi-level car parking at old KMD stand due to absence of U-turn,” the commuters added.”
The commuters demanded authorities to set up a U-turn for their convenience.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (Dy SP) Traffic City, Nasir Ahmad Khan told Kashmir Vision that he will look into the matter.
“I will look into the matter and the genuine grievances of people will be redressed,” he said.
