Subzar laid to rest amid pro-freedom slogans

Hizb-ul-Mujahideen commander Sabzar Ahmad Bhat  has been laid to rest at his native village Rathsuna Tral in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district, sources said.

Thousands of people from different areas of the district made their way into the village to participate in the last rites of Bhat.

Bhat was laid to rest amid pro-freedom slogans at the Martyrs’ graveyard near Jamia Masjid in Rathsuna village at around 10 am.

Pertinently, Sabzar and his collegue Faizan Muzzafar were killed in an encounter with forces in Saimu village on Saturday morning.
