After Indian army released the video of attacks on the Pakistani posts in Nowgam sector, Pakistan army Chief Major General Asif Gafoor took to the twitter to show the attack on the Indian posts by Pakistani army.

Pakistan army yesterday denied any attack by the Indian army on its posts in Nowshera sector of the LoC.

According to the ISPR press release yesterday, “Indian claims of destroying Pakistan Army posts in Nowshera sector is totally baseless and misleading”.

Pakistan Army said that Indian army restored to the unprovoked ceasefire including  heavy mortar and artillery fire on civilian population in Bhimber sector on May 13.

“In the wake of Indian aggression, a befitting and stern response was mounted on the Indian posts causing substantial losses to military men and material”, the Pakistan army statement said.

Pertinently, Indian army yesterday claimed that it carried out attacks on the Pakistan army posts in Nowshera sector of LoC.

 “As part of our counter terrorism strategy and to ensure that infiltration is curbed and initiative remains with us, the Indian Army proactively dominates the LoC,” ANI quoted India’s Major General A K Narula, Additional Director General, Public Information as saying.
