The Inter-District Kabaddi tournament 2017, hosted by the department of Youth Services and Sports, District Budgam concluded on Friday.
The tourney was organized for the three age groups that include U14, U17 and U19.
The three teams from Ganderbal, Budgam and Baramulla won the final title in different categories.
The first final match was played between the teams under 19 category in which Ganderbal defeated Baramulla while Budgam team got third place.
In U17 category, Budgam defeated Baramulla and Kupwara got third place and in U14 category Baramulla defeated Kupwara while Budgam got third place.
Twelve teams from all the ten districts of Kashmir and two districts of Ladakh region including Leh and Kargil participated in the tournament.
Meanwhile, Principal of Delhi Public School (DPS) Budgam, Mehroof Aslam was the Chief Guest on the occasion, who distributed prizes among the winner teams and runner ups.
