The Divisional Kashmir has asked the Economic Reconstruction Agency to expedite work on Jehangir Chowk- Rambagh Flyover in “triple shifts”.

In view of the construction of Jehangir Chowk- Rambagh Flyover, the divisional administration has ordered closure of both tubes of Amar Singh College road for vehicular traffic.

“Heavy machinery and heavy building material is to be used for construction of flyover (Rambagh to Amar Singh College Crossing. As such closure of both tubes of road for all types of vehicular traffic in the said stretch is ordered with immediate affect so that the construction work is carried out smoothly in an uninterrupted manner,” Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Baseer Khan said in an order issued here.

Khan directed the Director ERA to “speed up the work on flyover in triple shifts for its timely completion”.
