The Editorial Board of Re-think India has adjudged J&K Board of School Education (BOSE) as top Futuristic School Board of India 2017.

In a hand out issued here, the J&K BOSE was picked among 35 School Boards of the Country by the Editorial Board of Re-think India on a host of analytical parameters.

Also, Chairman JK BOSE Prof. Zahoor Ahmad Chatt has been honoured with a momento at a felicitation ceremony organised on National Technology Day on May 11, at India International Centre, New Delhi. The ceremony was organized as a part of National Convention of Futuristic Schools of India.

This felicitation has been awarded in recognition of the services being offered by the BOSE to its stakeholders at even the remotest and cut- off areas of the State after switching over to some online services like online submission of Re-evaluation forms and application forms for obtaining Xerox copies of answer-scripts together with deposition of prescribed fees through payment gateways, providing of results through SMS services, availability of syllabi of all the classes in PDF format on its official website.

“The felicitation was also awarded for making available all the result notifications, examination calendar, status of affiliation and other main activities of BOSE on its website which has brought convenience to the stakeholders, who are not required now to visit the BOSE office for such services,” the BOSE hand out reads.
