SRINAGAR:  The 10-day skiing course organized by Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council at Gulmarg Monday after aspiring skiers were imparted three major courses: Basic, Advance and Intermediate.
Joint  Secretary, Sports Council J B Singh Bali gave away prizes to the winners. Bali said that second phase of the coaching will be organized soon.
He was all praise for the organizers for doing their bit to promote winter sports.
Chief sports officer M S Baba, sports officer Kashmir, Abdul Qayoom , member sports council Prof B A shah and other officers of sports council were also present on the closing ceremony.
