Baramulla: Government forces on Tuesday morning detected an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) near Tappar area of Pattan in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Official sources said that an IED was detected by the army’s road opening party near petrol pump Tappar in Pattan area of Baramulla district on Srinagar-Muzaffarabad highway around 6 am on Tuesday. Public and vehicular movement was immediately stopped for some and the IED defused by the bomb disposal squad.
