Srinagar: Authorities Saturday announced that all schools and colleges in the Kashmir Valley shall remain closed till March 20.
The decision has been taken in view of water-logged schools and inclement weather forecast, said Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Shalendra Kumar, while addressing a news conference here.
