Jammu: Director General of Police Ashok Prasad Tuesday said peaceful conduct of elections this year will be the biggest challenge for the force.
“Peaceful conduct of Parliamentary and Assembly elections are one of the biggest challenges before JKP this year,” Prasad said while addressing police durbars at district police lines at Rajouri and Poonch.
He said, “We have to remain vigilant to foil the attempts of anti-national elements.”
Prasad was on two day tour to border districts of Rajouri and Poonch with an aim to review the security scenario and interact with police personnel.
