Baramulla: Government forces on Saturday launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in Sopore village here in north Kashmir and conducted door to door search.
Sources said that teams of army’s 22RR, Jammu and Kashmir police sealed Warpora village of Sopore after inputs of presence of militants in the area. The forces searched several houses of the area and the operation was on when the report was filed.
Another operation was launched by forces in a Handwara village on Saturday but later it was called off.
