JAMMU: Lieutenant Governor, Girish Chandra Murmu has congratulated Muzaffar Hussain Baig (Padma Bhushan) , Shiv Datt Nirmohi (Padma Shri) and Javed Ahmad Tak (Padma Shri), on being conferred with Padma Awards for their valuable contributions in the field of Public Affairs, Literature & Education and Social Work respectively.
