Anantnag: Government forces on Wednesday morning started a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in Bijbehara area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Source said following a tip-off about the presence of militants, Rashtriya Rifles (RR), and Special Operation Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir police launched a joint search operation at Satkiepora Mohalla ,Bijbehara area of Anantnag district.
Local sources said that large number of forces have been deployed in the area and door to door search operation was going on when the last reports came in.
