When competition is healthy and guided properly, it becomes a source of motivation rather than pressure. In today’s world, learning is no longer limited to memorising facts from textbooks. Students are expected to think critically, solve problems, adapt to new situations, and work consistently toward their goals.
Competitive skills support this modern approach to learning by encouraging focus, effort, and continuous improvement. Developing these skills during the learning process helps students build a strong foundation for future success. Competitive skills are a combination of mental, emotional, and practical abilities. These include setting goals, managing time, staying focused, working hard, and believing in one’s abilities.
