SOPORE: Sopore Police on Sunday claimed to have arrested seven more persons in Mazbugh area of Sopore during nocturnal raid for thrashing a mentally challenged man.
Earlier on Friday, over one dozen youth were arrested during nocturnal raids on charge of trying to set ablaze a mentally challenged person accused of being a braid chopper.
“Arrested youth were identified from the video during thrashing. They were picked up from Mazbugh area of town,” SSP sopore Harmeet Singh said.
