During a seminar at Islamia Higher Secondary School, took a moment to remember the late educationist Hirdey Nath Koul, hailing his decades of dedication as a former principal.
Mirwaiz noted that Koul’s commitment to nurturing generations of students will always be remembered and respected. He also reflected on the legacy of Kashmiri Pandit teachers who taught in Anjuman Nusrat ul Islam schools, recalling how they even marked attendance for Muslim boys during afternoon prayers at Jama Masjid.
“Their role in shaping society and their contribution to education, he said, will forever be remembered,” Mirwaiz said.
