Criminals also snatched her golden chain
Srinagar: In yet another bizarre incident, two criminals masquerading as beggars took away a golden chain of a pregnant woman besides chopping her braid off in central Kashmir’s Budgam district, a police official said.
He said that two unidentified criminals who were posing as beggars entered into the house of Munir Hussain at Mulbushan village in Magam area of Budgam district.
The criminals besides chopping off her braid, snatched a golden chain of a pregnant lady in who was alone at her home at the time, police said.
“They sprayed some chemicals on her face as a result she lost conscience. The criminals also stole her golden chain and managed to flee from the spot,” police added.
Meanwhile, another braid chopping incident occurred at Laddi village of Shopian district in South Kashmir.
