Bukhari visits party colleague to offer condolences on uncle’s passing

SRINAGAR: Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Sunday led a delegation of party leaders to visit Advocate Owais Ashraf, party’s District President for Budgam and Media Panellist, to offer condolences on the passing of his uncle. The deceased, Shams-ud-Din Mir Shah, a resident of Charar-i-Sharief, passed away on Saturday morning following an illness.
A press release issued here stated: “Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari and the accompanying leaders met Advocate Owais and other members of the bereaved family, extending their deepest condolences over the loss.”
“On this occasion, the party leaders expressed their solidarity with the grieving family during this hour of sorrow. They prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul and strength for the bereaved to bear the pain of this immense loss,” the press release added.
The prominent leaders who were part of the condolence delegation included party’s Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir, Chairman of the party’s Parliamentary Affairs Committee (PAC) Mohammad Dilawar Mir, General Secretary Rafi Ahmad Mir, Additional General Secretary Hilal Ahmad Shah, Chief Spokesperson and State Secretary Muntazir Mohiuddin, Media Advisor and Media Panellist Farooq Andrabi, District President Srinagar Mohammad Shafi Mir, Former Chairman Municipal Committee Chadoora Fahad Andrabi, District Organiser Srinagar Shoaib Dar, Party Leaders Advocate Asmat, Sajad Ahmad Dar others.
