Srinagar: Seven students were among the ten people injured when a school bus collided head-on with a cab at Pampore in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Friday, police said.
The accident took place in the Chandhara area when a school bus collided with a cab coming in the opposite direction.
The injured were taken to a nearby Sub District Hospital Pampore for treatment from where two were shifted to Shri Maharaja Hari Singh (SMHS) Hospital Srinagar for further treatment.
They have been identified as Muntazir, a girl student, a resident of Chandhara and driver Vijay
Kumar of Jammu and their condition is stated to be stable.
A medical attendant said the other injured persons were provided first aid and subsequently discharged from the hospital.
