A nine year old boy drowned after flash floods hit Gool area of Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday.
He has been identified as Khateeb Ahmad, a resident of Gagrasulla village.
He was heading towards his school when a nallah began to overflow due to a flash flood.
