Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal Singh today expressed grief over the killing of JCO, Shishi Kumar and jawan Jaspreet Singh, who were killed during the cross border shelling at Nowshera tehsil in Rajouri district.
Dr Singh while expressing sympathies with the family of the martyrs said that the sacrifices rendered by the jawans would not go waste and a befitting reply would be given to thwart the ‘nefarious’ designs of the enemy.
