This recruitment rally marks the first large-scale TA drive conducted post-COVID-19 pandemic. A notable highlight was the enthusiasm displayed by the youth eager to join the TA and promote peace and development in the region, countering the false propaganda of terror. The rally also showcased episodes of humanity, brotherhood, and community spirit, with relatives of the aspirants motivating them and running alongside them at the rally ground. Key aspects of the event included record participation, a fair selection process, and community involvement, ensuring the safety of all aspirants.
A senior Army official commented, “We are immensely proud of the remarkable turnout and the exceptional talent displayed by our candidates. This recruitment drive is a testament to the dedication and passion of our youth towards nation-building. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of this event.”
Candidates who passed the physical tests during the rally will undergo further assessments, including medical evaluations, written tests, and aptitude tests, after which the final merit will be determined. The overwhelming response to the rally reflects positive changes and a transitional ideology towards nation-building.
The collective efforts of the Armed Forces, civil administration, and supporting agencies contributed significantly to the event’s success, offering employment opportunities to deserving youth and fostering a sense of belonging while inspiring them to pursue a noble profession aimed at ensuring peace, stability, and development in the Kashmir Valley.
