The Government has ordered creation of 29 posts for the new Police Post to be established at Rangreth on the outskirts of Srinagar.
According to an order issued by the Home Department, the newly created posts include 1 Sub-Inspector, 2 ASIs, 4 Head Constables, 20 Constables, 1 Constable Operator and 1 Follower.
Pertinently, earlier in April this year the State Cabinet had approved establishment of a new Police Post at Rangreth.
