Army Chief General Bipin Rawat reached summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday, where he is likely to hold a conclave of the senior Army officers about the security scenario in the Valley.
According to the sources, Rawat’s Srinagar visit came in the backdrop of the deteriorating law and order situation in the valley.
