PAMPORE: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference organised a mega roadshow in Pampore areas on Saturday, drawing an enthusiastic crowd of support
Led by the party president, Dr. Farooq Abdullah, the event witnessed the presence of Syed Agha Ruhullah Mehdi, Parliamentary Candidate for the Srinagar Constituency, and former member of Parliament Hasnain Masoodi, alongside other senior leaders.

The rally was started near JKEDI Pampore and the procession passed through various areas including Pampore, Konibal, Dusoo, Ladhoo, Lethpora, Hatiwara, Samboora, Kakapora, and other areas, energizing residents and engaging them in the political discourse.
Amidst the jubilant atmosphere, Dr Farooq appealed to the residents to vote for the National Conference expressing the party’s commitment to championing the voices of Jammu and Kashmir in the upcoming Parliamentary elections. He assured the electorate that the NC representatives vow not to merely observe but actively advocate for their constituents’ concerns within the halls of Parliament.
Emphasizing the party’s ethos of transparent governance and progress-oriented policies, Abdullah reiterated their dedication to fostering development and prosperity across the region. He fervently urged the electorate to place their trust in the national conference candidate, citing a vision for a brighter future for Jammu and Kashmir.
Speaking to the media, former Member of Parliament Hasnain Masoodi said, “Today’s road show is related to the ongoing elections, emphasizing the importance of engaging with the public as much as possible to make the road show more effective.” He suggested that instead of holding public meetings, it is better to reach out to every village and town to convey their message.
The NC president visited every town and every village today, starting from Hazratbal and previously visiting Ganderbal.
