The students held protests in Larkipora area of Dooru in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Tuesday after army personnel allegedly beat and thrash many students.
Local sources said that army personnel of 19 RR beat many students outside their camp at Larkipora.
Soon the Dooru College students held a massive demonstration against army raising pro-freedom and anti-India slogans.
The protesting students marched up to the market and staged protest shouting anti-army slogans.
