BANDIPORA: In connection with the General Election to Lok Sabha-2024, District Administration Bandipora on Thursday organised a training programme for employees working in agriculture, horticulture, and sericulture to be designated for various election-related assignments.
The training programme was presided over by Deputy Chief Education Officer Bandipora G.M Pujoo who delivered the introductory speech and deliberated upon various aspects of the electoral system and the importance of proper training for poll staff.
The training was provided by district-level master trainer Mohd Iqbal Samoon with technical support from Javid Ahmad Mir and Shabir Ahmad Bhat.
During the programme, District Level Master Trainer imparted training related to EVM and other election-related activities besides highlighted precautions to be observed by poll staff.
The programme was coordinated by Coordinator Trainings and Man Power Management Mir Irfan.
