SRINAGAR: Felicitation of civilians of Kargil region was organised by Forever in Operations Division to honour their contribution in majestic victory in Operation Vijay, Army said on Wednesday.
“Seeds of their valour & courage sown then continue to motivate younger generations even today. Indian Army salutes you for your selfless sacrifices,” the Army said in a statement.
The occasion was graced by Mr Feroz Ahmad Khan, CEC, LAHDC, Kargil and several senior civil and Army officials.
