Srinagar: Senior journalist Qasim Sajad passed away at his ancestral village in south Kashmir’s Anantnag on Monday after a brief illness. The deceased has contributed to Urdu journalism in J&K and has authored books. He is the father of BBC Hindi journalist Majid Jahangir.
Kashmir Press Club has expressed condolence with its member Majid and prayed for strength to the bereaved family.
