Bar denounces arrest of youth in Dharmuna

Srinagar: J&K High Court Bar Association, Srinagar on Sunday denounced the arrest of seven teenage boys by the army at Dharmuna, Budgam.
In a statement, Bar said: “Out of seven boys, two namely Fazil Fayaz Malik aged and Hamidullah Sheikh were released in a critical condition and both were referred to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for treatment, wherefrom Hamidullah Sheikh was shifted to JVC Bemina and Fazil Fayaz, who had a head injury and a contusion in brain, was referred to SKIMS Soura, Srinagar, where he was operated upon and is now on ventilator with a double support and is battling for life.”
The Bar Association also condemned action of government forces in Pamposh Colony Pinglish, Tral.
The Bar also slammed the beating of three people including a Muslim couple by self-proclaimed group of cow-vigilantes in Seoni, Madhya Pradesh and asked the members of the Indian Civil Society to raise their voice against these enemies of humanity so that the right to life, liberty, honour and dignity of Muslims living all over India is assured to them.
The Bar Association also condoled the demise of Mohammad Yousuf Buch.
