Harmukh Club organises trekking expedition

SRINAGAR: The Harmukh Adventurers team organized a trekking trip to Mount Mahadev
Around 45 trekkers including a female trekker begins its ascent on the hill around 6:45 am to reach the Lidwas valley at around 11 am (the base of Mount Mahadev). Thereafter started their trek towards Mount Mahadev. The team reached the peak at around 3 pm.
Manzoor Mir, one of the founding members of Harmukh Adventurers club said “It was a really challenging task for us and successfully climbed the summit.”
According to Mir “It is a record set by the club that so many members were able to submit the peak.”
“Mount Mahadev lies in Zabarwan range and is Srinagar’s highest peak with an altitude of 3966 mtrs,” he added.
The team was lead by Manzoor Mir, Amir Latief ,Danish Dhaar and Abid Kharadi.
