Crime Branch registers case against job consultancy for fraud

SRINAGAR:
The Crime Branch (CB) Kashmir has registered a case against a Srinagar based job consultancy for duping job seekers.
Reports said that CB has revealed that a case was registered against Al-Irfan Inter-National Manpower Resources- a job consultancy in Srinagar, under section 420, 467, 468 RPC.
Two persons namely Zahoor Ahmed, son of Ghulam Rasool of Kral-Khud, and Javid Ahmad Bhat, son of Mohammad Maqbool Bhat of Noorpora, Tral, have lodged a complaint after they were given fake documents by the consultancy after paying hefty amount to it.
Rs 1, 70, 000 and Rs. 1, 25000 were paid by these people for job visas for Qatar and Maldives and an inquiring by CB found the documents as fake and forged.
The CB has further revealed that it is probing five more complaints of similar nature against the same job consultancy.
