Family unable to collect body

Srinagar: A Kashmiri medical student, Quran ul Ain, hailing from Anantnag district died in Bangladesh on Saturday. She was a 4th year MBBS student at Tair-un-Nisa Medical College, Gazipur.
According to reports, she died of convulsions during her sleep. She was shifted to hospital by her roommates and hostel authorities but couldn’t be saved.
The hospital authorities in Bangladesh have asked the family to come to collect the mortal remains of the deceased.
However, the family of the deceased reportedly lacks documents to travel to Bangladesh.
Former chief ministers Mehbooba Mufti and Omar Abdullah have appealed the Minister of External Affairs to help the family to get the body of student home.
