Bandipora: Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Peoples conference Sajad Gani Lone Saturday said that Omar Abdulah should seek an apology from all those who have suffered due to PSA in 40 years since the law was brought here, including him as his late father Abdul Gani lone who was detained four times under PSA.

Lone made these remarks while talking to the people in a party campaign rally for Northern Kashmir Parliamentary candidate Raja Aijaz in Bandipora.

Sajjad said, “elections doldrum has suddenly woken those politicians who otherwise were in power forget Kashmiris and stay in deep slumber. Now those who themselves are responsible for eroding autonomy and bringing black laws called PSA to Kashmir are asking for votes so they will repeal them,” he was pointing towards Omar Abdullah’s autonomy remark and revocation of PSA.

Lone said, “If Omar Abdullah has any shame left he should go to each family who suffered due to PSA in forty years. He should say sorry to me too as he is responsible for detaining my father in this act at least eight times and then talk of repealing these laws”.

He said it was NC who compromised the Kashmir’s special position in 1975 Indra- Sheikh Accord by giving away Prime Ministerial and Sadre Riyasat posts.

” I call it surrender of 1975 when Sheikh Abdullah Accorded with Indra Gandhi and gave away Prime Ministerial post just for power, ” Lone said.
