Srinagar: After remaining suspended for over 10 days, the cross-LoC bus service between Srinagar and Muzaffarabad resumed on Monday. The bus service was suspended on February 15 a day after a local suicide bomber rammed his vehicle into a CRPF convoy on Srinagar-Jammu highway killing 49 CRPF personnel.

Reports said that five passengers from Salamabad Uri left for Muzaffarabad while eight passengers arrived from the other side of the Line of Control.

The attack led to heightened tensions between India and Pakistan over the attack.
