Urges officers to work with dedication, honesty
SRINAGAR: Former District Development Commissioner Anantnag, Muhammad Younis Malik on Saturday assumed the charge as Director of Directorate School Education Kashmir (DSEK) here in the directorate in Srinagar.
In his first address as DSEK, Muhammad Younis Malik said that the strengthening of basic infrastructure, the optimal use of available resources for development of education and resolving the issues of SSA teachers “will be our top priority”, an official statement read.
DSEK further stressed upon all the concerned officers and other officials to work with zeal, dedication and honesty to achieve the goals of the department and to make the teaching-learning process more effective.
Sharing his experiences as DSEK, outgoing DSEK, G N Itoo expressed his good wishes to Malik for his new endeavour.
The officers of the department warmly welcomed Muhammad Younis Malik on assuming charge. Joint Director School Education, Abid Hussain apprised DSEK about the current activities of the department.
Senior officers of the department and the officials from the Directorate of School Education Kashmir were also present.
