Army detects ‘suspicious movement’ in Uri, opens fire

Srinagar:The Army’s artillery unit at Rajarwani in Uri SUnday night opened fire after noticing suspicious movement around the military camp.

Following the incident the army cordoned off the area and launched a search operation jointly with the police, news agency ANI reported.

Two people were examined in connection with the case, the report said.
